Wilbert Meadows, COO and Co-Founder of 2MQ Consulting, has over 20 years’ experience in quality assurance. He has worked as a quality assurance technician, engineer, and supervisor for TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics). Wilbert is currently a full-time Nuclear NQA-1 Lead Auditor for Flowserve-Raleigh, who has traveled to 6 foreign countries and over 20 states.

In addition to being a Certified Nuclear Lead Auditor, he is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and a ASQ Quality Engineer, through the American Society for Quality. Wilbert is a Certified ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor (TPECS), who has led over 200 nuclear based audits and has a passion for sharing his expertise in a comprehensive way.  Often, he stresses that a systematic approach of developing quality programs and process improvements can be applied in every industry.

Amongst his colleagues and across the nuclear industry, Wilbert is known as the “go to” guy when it comes to anything related to internal and external audits. His natural ability to work with his internal and external customers ethically and professionally has been described as impeccable and sets him apart. Throughout his career as a Lead Auditor, he has acquired a vast knowledge of codes and standards which continues to drive his success, no matter the situation.
