This course provides an effective standardized baseline of aviation and sales training to flight schools and aviation institutions for their staff in an engaging and scalable way. Sales Training for Flight Schools is designed to be used in conjunction with school specific internal process training, organizational familiarization, and job shadowing to prepare your team members for success. Assessment tools

A printable Certificate of Completion will be provided to each course participant following the successful completion of quizzes and cumulative final assessment with a score of 80% or better.

Continued Enrichment

Through a group format, 2MQ Consulting provides continued enrichment through quarterly webinars on related topics for course participants that have successfully completed the course. However, the completion of this course is required by each course participant prior to receiving a registration the webinar invites.

1. Can this be used on all web browsers?

Although it can be viewed on most recent versions of web browsers such as (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari), we recommend using Chrome for the best user experience.

2. Can this course be used on a tablet or mobile phone?

No. You will need to use a desktop or laptop. We recommend the following for maximum user experience:

Javascript enabled PDF plugin
Graphic and audio output capability
Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (recommended)
TLS 1.2 supported by web browser
It will also be important to clear your cache browser.

3. How long will the course typically take?

It depends on everyone’s background and baseline knowledge. It is strongly recommended that you read through all components, review, and take notes prior to taking the assessments. Some modules are loaded with content and may need to be reviewed more than once for a command of the content.

We also recommend that you to review the course again 1 week following the completion of the course to reinforce your understanding and check your retention of information from the previous week.

Following the successful review, move to the next module. All helpful “need to know” information is not found only the quizzes or test but is also found in videos and body of each module.

4. Can I purchase multiple seats for my staff?

Yes. Each staff member will be required to have their own unique login via their email address.

Each seat will need to be purchased separately although under the same school at this time.

5. How do I sign up my staff for the quarterly webinars for this course?

Each seat who have completed the course will receive an email invite and registration announcement prior to the quarterly webinars. Each participant will need to pre-register. A link will be provided once registered. Participation is optional yet we encourage all course

participants to attend once they have completed the course to increase performance and effectiveness in the training advisor/sales role.

6. How long will each staff member have access to the course?

Each seat will have access to the course for 365 days. We believe that there is great value for the course participant to be able to reference the course information and its’ added resources for reinforcement and understanding. The educational games are also fun!

7. Can I see how well they have done on the various topics, modules of the course or if incomplete?

2MQ Consulting will have access to that information. You can simply place a request via email to us at 2MQconsulting.elearning@gmail.com , and we will provide your school representative with the module information.
